Payment info

For high-value payments, your card issuer may call to confirm for your security. If the order is judged not to be legitimate during verification, such as use of a stolen card or an order in another person's name, we may hold or cancel it.

For bank transfer, please pay via PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking or at a nearby bank.
The depositor name entered at checkout must match the actual depositor, and payment must be made within 7 days; orders not paid are cancelled automatically.

Exchanges & returns

When exchanges and returns are possible
- Within 7 days of receiving the product. However, for home appliances,
exchanges/returns are not possible if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product has lost its value.
- If the product or service received differs from what was displayed or advertised
or was provided differently, within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of becoming aware of it

When exchanges and returns are not possible
- If the product is lost or damaged for reasons attributable to the customer. However, damage to packaging
made in order to check the contents is excluded
- If the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product has lost its value
(e.g. home appliances, food, records; returns/exchanges for defective pixels on laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc.

- If the product's value has significantly decreased through the customer's use or partial consumption. For cosmetics, this applies only when a tester
was provided.
- If the product's value has decreased so much over time that resale is difficult
